This approach invites the employees to become part of a solution team.The review will generate a list of key issues to be addressed and actions to be taken to ensure the continued healthy growth and development the organization.
Meetings with Leadership
The process will begin with in-depth meetings with leadership – to clarify priorities, participants, timelines, etc. In addition meetings will focus on personal goals and aspirations for the organization.
Review of Materials
We will review copies of marketing materials, employee communications materials, employment policies, benefit programs, etc. to develop a better sense of the organization.
Work Plan and Employee Questionnaire
A work plan will be developed and an Employee Questionnaire presented for your review, targeted at garnering employee input on a variety of issues, including those raised in meetings with leadership.
Individual Meeting with Employees
Individual meetings lasting approximately one hour will be conducted with designated employees.
Review: Analysis, Conclusions & Recommendations
We will review and analyze all inputs including leadership and employee responses and develop a report summarizing the discussions. We will provide a review and analysis of the feedback and offer conclusions and recommendations for a follow-up course of action.
Feedback to Leadership & Moving Forward
We will meet with executive team for a feedback session and discussion of Next Steps. We can then use the results of the review to set priorities and to develop a course for action.
Ongoing Executive Coaching
To assist in the ongoing implementation on the recommendations we provide ongoing coaching to Executive Management to support personal objectives for organization change.
