Understand company structure, strategic goals and leadership needs.
We spend the time up-front to develop an in-depth understanding of your needs.  We visit with you and meet with key executives, to develop an appreciation of all dimensions of your business environment, management style and culture.  Our on-site organizational assessment enables us to evaluate candidates for leadership, and technical skills as well as for their ability fit in to an organization’s unique corporate culture. With our approach to organization planning, we assist you to think through your needs, and highlight the key parameter of the search and the success factors critical to success.  We develop an understanding of the dynamics of the search, how the need has arisen, through turnover, attrition or growth, of the importance of the position and its value to the organization. We establish a communications protocol which enables us to provide and receive effective feedback and support the internal recruiting process.   We clarify confidentiality and testing requirements and clarify the procedures and participants in the selection process.

Develop Position Profile
We develop a detailed overview of the company, position, responsibilities and interactions and reporting relation ships, for your approval.  We highlight the requisite experience and background, challenges and success factors unique to your organization. We develop specialized tailored tools such as the Candidate Evaluation Form to assist you in the internal process of evaluation.

Develop Marketing and Recruiting Plan
We develop a strategy for marketing the position highlighting and for attracting top talent to the position.  We draw on our extensive industry experience to best position the company and assignment in the market, to best present the opportunity to the public. Our Recruiting Plan defines the target companies and departments that will potentially yield suitable candidates for the assignment. 

Conduct Recruiting Research
Utilizing our database of tens of thousands of active contacts and potential candidates developed during our decades of experience, we conduct in depth sourcing, screening and qualifying of potential candidates for the position.

Interview and Assess
We conduct intensive interviews of potential candidates, meeting with each candidate at length to understand the details of background, experience and motivation evaluating against the success factors for the position.  We schedule interviews for our clients and prepare them to meet each of the finalist candidates.  We then participate in post-interview evaluation and review, providing guidance throughout the decision process. We provide insightful counsel to help optimize the effectiveness of the selected candidate.  We check selected candidate references and maycontact knowledgeable industry resources for additional input and feedback.

Negotiate and Close & Hire
We provide support and guidance throughout the offer process as required to ensure the positive conclusion of negotiations and hire of the selected candidate

Follow Up
Provide ongoing consultative support through the transition and beyond to help facilitate the maximization of the value of your investment in human capital.
