Prior to establishing Sharon Krohn Consulting in 1995, Principal Sharon Krohn spent ten years with Rubloff as Senior Vice President of Administration and Director of Human Resources.  She later served as Chief Operating Officer for an international hotel real estate firm.

Sharon began her professional career as an executive search consultant in New York City.  She was transferred to Chicago to open the firm's Midwest operation and established the company as the market leader in its specialty segment.  She subsequently joined a national retailer with responsibility for executive staffing and later served in the capacity of manager of organization planning.  It was then that she became interested in real estate and began her 20-year career in the industry.

Sharon Krohn is active in civic and cultural activities and has served on the Board of Directors of a number of real estate organizations including Chicago Chapter of CoreNet Global. Sharon has served on a Blue Ribbon Panel for the Greater Chicago Food Depository and is a member of REEF - Real Estate Finance Forum. She was previously the President of CREW Chicago - Commercial Real Estate Executive Women.
